Vince is a local talent who went to the SF Art Institute and worked at Palmer Labs for many years as an animator/cameraman. He has a large body of animation on the internet including his outrageous recent work. I showed his work several times including his Malice in Wonderland. It has been seen by millions on the web.
What the article also doesn’t say is the USIA material was considered propaganda so this and other things they produced were prohibited from being shown/distributed in the US. When the Kennedy Center wanted to show this and other films the USIA had commissioned they had to get Congress to pass an act allowing the films to be shown.
